(From WGA Member and Colbert Report Writer Frank Lesser.)
Good news, guys! In solidarity with the WGA, all the cute internet
animals are going on strike.

Awesome, hilarious, David Cross... all fantastic.
Ahaha, David Cross. Love it.
Single tear...
Brilliant, especially David Cross' bit.
Ahhh... if it wasn't for neurotic Colbert Report writers, I wouldn't watch that show nearly as much as I do.
Absolutely fabulous! Richard Belzer deserves some props for volunteering for this as well. Great stuff David, too!
I can see Colbert's first show after the strike is over:
"Thank you, thank you. Nation, I know we've been apart for quite some time now as writers in every media went on strike against my corporate masters. Now nation, I know, it's hard for you to believe that some of what I say is written for me. I would just like to assure you that your intuition is correct. That truly is unbelievable. The truthiness of it all is that most of what I say is written for me. If it wasn't for writers, here's what the Colbert Report would truly be like..." (cut to video)
Not only have my cats refused to pick up their instruments, they are leading a letter writing campaign within our complex.
They also appear to be shitting outside their litter box in artistic protest for The Man, but I'm not entirely convinced it isn't due to the cheap treats I've begun to give them (mostly due to the fact I have noticed that they tend to target my most expensive heels).
I have much to think about.
That's classic.
Colbert is the man!
Or: Just testing my new image.
Another test, can the text get sharper in thumbnail view?
One for the road
You had me at Richard Belzer...
David Cross!! This is my favorite strike-humor video yet. (Also, kudos for blocking anonymous comments. I hope it takes care of most of the trolls.)
If I could choose either Arrested Development getting picked up again OR all of the writers coming back.. well, let's just say there wouldn't be anymore crappy writing on TV.
Is that requiem for a Chocolate Rain?
Funniest thing I've seen in ages. I want David Cross to come home and live with me and the other cats in the family. He'll get his own litter box, I promise!
