Today marks another edition of the only show in Hollywood that actually hopes every broadcast is its last, United Hollywood Live (12 pm Pacific/3 pm Eastern).
Guests include Oscar, Golden Globe and WGA Award-winning writer/director/producer, Callie Khouri (Thelma & Louise, Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood, Something to Talk About). Ms. Khouri's latest directing effort, Mad Money, opens later this month.
They'll also have interviews with actresses Melanie Chartoff and Justine Bateman about The Armondo Show, the very funny improvisational show at the IO West Theater which is currently donating half its box office proceeds to the Industry Support Fund.
Tune in by CLICKING HERE (or by using the widget located along the right hand side of UnitedHollywood.com). The show, which airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday, is also available as a podcast immediately after each broadcast via the widget and on iTunes (search: United Hollywood).

Great show. Lots of laughs and light-hearted fun. Gotta keep it that way. The AMPTP would like us to be downtrodden so they can proceed to walk all over us. Their trolls would like to try and guilt trip us into feeling ashamed for being upbeat.
Their strategy only works if we allow it to. So keep your heads held high, fellow writers! Content is King. Time to seize the throne from the impudent whelps that currently have the audacity to sit upon it even as they dictate the terms of our own surrender.
The Jon bashing was getting a bit thick for my taste, but thanks again for a great show...
Hope not to listen again on friday!
