That was awesome guys. It's nice to here the voices behind the strike and the morale staying positive. To quote the late Bob Brown we're "in it to win it"

My insights from the show:

* Irv deserves much respect from all.

* Apparently I am responsible for all trolling on the site. I set them up like pins, then I bowl them down to make myself look good.

It was an awesome show! I wish I'd turned in sooner, now I have to wait until after the holidays. Love you guys! And Irv!

Nikki Finke is reporting that CBS cancelled the People's Choice Awards. Prepare for Troll Central...

Nah Captain... they set themselves up.

Bill, I don't know that picketing an empty studio would help anything, but if you have a strategy for that, you could share it.

As for the table -- if the AMPTP shows up on Christmas Day, I feel pretty confident the WGA will be there too; how long have they been waiting for just that? It takes two to tango, and we've already got the WGA ready to bargain. Rebuking them for not bargaining with an empty room seems going a bit far. I'm sure you're not asking for them to sit there and make shadow puppets.

In fact, Bill, now that I think of it, I'm not even sure what you mean by "taking the holidays off the table." The Guild never left the table -- they've always been ready to negotiate. Do you mean that, now that the holidays are here, they've put out a press release saying they're no longer ready to do so? Because as far as I know, that never happened.

I hope the AMPTP crushes you pesky scumbags. You want your fucking new media? Well you can suck it out of my ass! Fucking dicks!"

Scott does make a good point. You never know for certain where AMPTP accounting places money. There are all sort of things up Scott's ass, so it's worth sticking a vacuum hose in there and checking whether streaming video revenue comes out.

Thanks, Scott!

I love you, harold. In a "you made me laugh and not want to put my head through a wall" kind of way, at least.
