I loved this video with one exception, when the gentlemen suggested writers get "ass cancer and die." Getting "ass cancer and [dying]" isn't funny, especially when wished upon you by the AMPTP. And let's be especially clear that no "wishing" can cause another person to get "ass cancer and die," you must have some history of it in your family or get very unlucky. The only other (not so rare) way to get "ass cancer and die" is if someone has cancer on the end of their penis and sticks it in your poop-chute...like the AMPTP is trying to do to all writers. Just my $2500 cents - the cost of a year of residuals.

I know it's been said before, but just to reiterate:

The studios are playing a dangerous game with the future. Movie/show piracy is already prevalent. One of the few aspects of the industry that would prompt some sort of response from the conscience of a pirate is the idea that they need to make sure the artist(s) or content creator(s) receive just compensation for making that which the pirate enjoys.

By playing hardball with artists and content creators, the studios are essentially telling Jimbo Q. Pirate "Hey! Go ahead and keep robbing us! We're not giving them anything for their work anyway!"

...this will only serve to exacerbate the issue...
