Criminal Minds has fans? That's one show that will hurt that writers cause by being spotlighted - one of the many great things about this strike is the absence of mind numbing drivel like that show.

qCriminal Minds has tons of fans, across the world, who're making a huge effort for the writers and support staff.

What makes CM so bad? The believeable characters? The terrifying and chilling storylines? The meta? The Arthurian undercurrents? What, exactly makes you call it "mind numbing drivel"?

And why do you have to hide behind 'anonymous' to say it?

Criminal Minds fans have rallied together to feed the writers, make phone calls to the networks and advertisers and to raise money for the support staff. It is easy for us to just rally around the wonderfully talented writers of this top ten show.

Anonymous: What have you written lately that holds a candle to the wonderful writing of Edward Bernero, Simon Mirren, Chris Mundy, Erica Messer, Deb Fisher, Andrew Wilder, Jay Beattie, Oahn Ly, Andi Bushnell, etc.?

P.S. Only cowards use the name anonymous. You must work for one of the networks!

What mind numbing drivel drove LOST to the 10pm slot on Wed nights last season?

And is now beating PRIVATE PRACTIC and BIONIC WOMAN in total viewers and 18-49 viewers?

THAT WOULD BE CRIMINAL MINDS!

FAN OF CRIMINAL MINDS

Anonymous A:
My first thought was to have a couple thousand Criminal Minds fans comment and defend the show but then I realized two things:
1. Top Ten shows written by top ten writers need no defense.
2. Criminal Minds fans are too busy calling and emailing in support of the WGA to be bothered with trolls.

Anonymous B: The ratings are pure gold. Money in the back for CBS and now it is time for Les to share. :)

I want to say one more thing to "Drivel Person". You questioned whether CM has fans. CBS has treated CM like a red headed, unloved, stepchild since it first aired. No show in the world, EVER, has had less publicity and network support than CM. I hold the fans 100% responsible for advertising the show and making the public aware of how wonderful it is and worthy it is of their time. The writers wrote it. Ed produced it and the fans sold it. Does CM have fans? Damn straight and they have never let the show down and the show has never let them down. Edward Bernero, OUR Exec. Producer, has built a relationship with the fans of CM that can't be broken by even CBS....and believe me they have tried. He's a class act and so is everyone else associated with the show including it's fans.

Now I am done wasting my time on you and I will go take it out on CBS in some writer friendly emails.

Criminal Minds ignored by CBS?? Surely you can't believe your own lies. CBS put Criminal Minds on right after something called The Super Bowl and it failed to capitalize on that by increasing its ratings.

CBS did put CM on after the Super Bowl. Wow! One positive thing in two years. CBS doesn't promote the show like it does everyone one of their other shows. They receive almost no PR at all.
