In the exchanges following Laeta's posting yesterday, I read what could be a very positive idea: in the next couple of days, while we're in strike/no strike limbo, if you're on a series in production, how about a meeting of the writers and the crew to have a conversation about the status of the negotiation.
That way writers could explain the issues we're negotiating with DGA, SAG, IATSE, and 399 members who are involved because they'll be part of the work stoppage if a strike happens. That could also create an opportunity to talk about the union-busting agenda of the AMPTP and how that affects us and all the unions.
