Of that 55 percent, 56 percent support the writers, 7 percent support the producers and 37 percent don’t support either.

Heavy-TV viewers (watching 21 hours or more a week) have been most impacted by the strike with 32 percent viewing less network TV. DVDs have been the biggest beneficiaries, with 43 percent of respondents noting they are watching more movies because of the strike; 26 percent are reading more and 23 percent are watching more TV shows on DVD.

Interpret also found that if the networks replace first-run series with reality shows and repeats, nearly half of Americans (46 percent) say their TV viewing behavior would change. The Pop Viewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18356790914802017854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2462026865900537983.post-3161706581435174612008-01-17T14:35:00.000-08:002008-01-17T14:35:00.000-08:00Wow, sounds like the old days of Hollywood when th...Wow, sounds like the old days of Hollywood when the studios were just getting started - the field is wide open.

Very smart.hollarbackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00759689530670606301noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2462026865900537983.post-61504989124821583952008-01-17T13:46:00.000-08:002008-01-17T13:46:00.000-08:00!Excellent!Another step to relegate the congloms t...!
Excellent!

Another step to relegate the congloms to managing rental space (the lots) and whatever distribution real producers are willing to throw their way.

The ground is shifting....4merBTLerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12682748606747530855noreply@blogger.com
